    By submitting the User Content, you hereby grant to VNLE Entertainment all copyrights and ownership of the submitted material, audio and video recordings included.
    However, original contents that require copyright protection are excluded.,

    This Non-Disclosure Agreement will help protect your rights to your works/products.

    1. Tuyệt đối tuân thủ các quy định về bảo mật thông tin của Công ty Cổ phần Tiên phong Giải trí Việt Nam (VNLE).

    2. Không sao chép, tiết lộ các thông tin và tài liệu của VNLE dưới mọi hình thức: trực tiếp hoặc gián tiếp (sao chụp, chuyển email, sao dữ liệu điện tử,…); không cung cấp toàn bộ hoặc từng phần hoặc để cho bất kỳ cá nhân hay tổ chức nào khác (kể cả các cán bộ trong hệ thống VNLE nếu người đó không được quyền tiếp cận thông tin) sử dụng, trừ khi việc cung cấp đó theo yêu cầu của công việc hoặc theo chỉ đạo đúng quy định của Lãnh đạo quản lý trực tiếp/Ban Lãnh đạo VNLE theo phân cấp, thẩm quyền/theo yêu cầu của cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền.

    3. Có trách nhiệm bảo đảm an toàn thông tin của VNLE, ngăn chặn những hành vi tiết lộ hoặc sử dụng trái phép thông tin mật của VNLE. Thông tin mật được hiểu là các thông tin, tài liệu chưa được VNLE công bố, thông báo ra bên ngoài và/hoặc chưa được tiết lộ, cung cấp bởi bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn các thông tin, dữ liệu, văn bản, chương trình máy tính, kế hoạch, chiến lược phát triển, kế hoạch phát triển sản phẩm mới, thông tin về tài chính (bao gồm cả báo cáo tài chính), thông tin nhân sự, các hợp đồng của VNLE, danh sách/thông tin của khách hàng, đối tác của VNLE, danh mục đầu tư, quy trình nghiệp vụ có liên quan, thông tin công nghệ, các dữ liệu tín dụng….(“thông tin mật”). Chỉ sử dụng các thông tin mật tại nơi làm việc VNLE. Không lưu giữ, sử dụng thông tin mật của VNLE để phục vụ cho các mục đích nào khác ngoài nội dung công việc được quy định trong Hợp đồng lao động hoặc thực hiện các công việc theo chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn theo quy định của VNLE hoặc sử dụng thông tin trong các công việc được người có thẩm quyền của VNLE giao theo chỉ định như: tham gia các Dự án, đề án, tổ chiến lược,…

    4. Khi chấm dứt quan hệ lao động/quan hệ cộng tác với VNLE, Tôi cam kết sẽ bàn giao lại cho VNLE toàn bộ các tài liệu chứa đựng hoặc có nguồn gốc từ “Thông tin mật” của VNLE, không lưu giữ bất kỳ thông tin nào của VNLE để sử dụng cho các mục đích/công việc khác liên quan đến cá nhân tôi ở ngoài phạm vi VNLE trừ khi thông tin đó được sự đồng ý cho phép sử dụng bằng văn bản của Ban lãnh đạo VNLE.

    5. Trường hợp Tôi vi phạm các cam kết nêu tại văn bản này, ngoài việc bị xử lý kỷ luật lao động theo quy định của VNLE, Tôi cam kết chịu toàn bộ các trách nhiệm về dân sự, hình sự cho hành vi tiết lộ thông tin của mình:

    - Bồi thường mọi thiệt hại cho VNLE.

    - Chịu trách nhiệm đến cùng để khắc phục các hậu quả cho VNLE.

    - VNLE có quyền khởi kiện/ đề nghị cơ quan có thẩm quyền khởi tố, truy cứu trách nhiệm hình sự đối với tôi theo quy định của pháp luật hiện hành.

    1. I must strictly adhere to the information security regulations of Vietnam Leading Entertainment Co., Ltd (VNLE).

    2. I shall not copy, disclose, or share any information or documents of VNLE in any form, whether directly or indirectly (including photocopying, emailing, or duplicating electronic data), and I shall not provide all or any part of such information to any individual or organization, unless such disclosure is required for work purposes or in accordance with the direct instructions of VNLE's management or authority, or as required by relevant government agencies.

    3. I am responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of VNLE's information and preventing the unauthorized disclosure or use of VNLE's confidential information. Confidential information refers to any information, documents, or data that VNLE has not publicly disclosed or shared outside the organization, provided by third parties, including but not limited to information, data, texts, computer programs, plans, development strategies, new product development plans, financial information (including financial reports), personnel information, VNLE's contracts, customer lists/information, VNLE's partners, investment portfolios, related business processes, technology information, credit data, and more ("confidential information"). I will use confidential information only within VNLE's premises. I will not retain or use VNLE's confidential information for purposes other than those specified in my employment contract or as part of my responsibilities, tasks, and authorities as defined by VNLE, or use the information in assignments designated by authorized personnel of VNLE, such as participation in projects, initiatives, or strategic teams.

    4. Upon the termination of my employment/working relationship with VNLE, I commit to returning to VNLE all documents containing or originating from VNLE's "confidential information." I shall not retain any VNLE information for use in any personal activities or work-related matters outside the scope of VNLE, except with the written consent of VNLE's leadership.

    5. In the event of a breach of the commitments stated in this document, in addition to facing labor disciplinary actions according to VNLE's regulations, I commit to taking full civil and criminal responsibility for the disclosure of my information:

    - Compensate VNLE for all damages incurred.

    - Be responsible for rectifying any consequences for VNLE.

    - VNLE reserves the right to sue/initiate proceedings with the competent authority for criminal liability against you according to the current legal provisions.
